Back in December I showed you the first part of the Micropolis City Farm, the greenhouse complex. This next quarter block is the commercial orchard where they are growing apples, pears, cherries and plums for sale in the as yet unbuilt farm shop. There will be more additions to the City Farm soon, so watch this space.

Airjitsu Temple – MOD of LEGO Temple of Airjitsu (70751) – Blockville MOCs & MODs #7
I recently showed you my MOD of the small buildings from the Temple of Airjitsu set 70751. Of course, I also wanted to put the temple itself onto a Ninjago Water baseplate. I decided it was going to be on an isolated island and use the small footbridge which came with the set as the only access.
Micropolis – The Evolution Of A Micro City
Now that I have finally reached the 100 models milestone for Micropolis, I thought I would show you a timelapse video of how the city evolved.
LEGO House – Micropolis Block #100
I have finally reached the 100 model milestone for Micropolis, and I knew I wanted it to be an adaptation of the exclusive LEGO Architecture set, 21037. It is only available from the LEGO House in Billund, Denmark. Although I have not visited personally, a friend brought this back for me from a recent trip. I knew it would be perfect for Micropolis the moment I set eyes on it. And the colours are just wonderful. So I set about building it directly on a full Micropolis baseplate, and have added my own complimentary landscaping to fill in the gaps.
Airjitsu Market – MOD of LEGO Temple of Airjitsu (70751) – Blockville MOCs & MODs #6
Ninjago City has to be my favourite LEGO build, it blew me away, and I loved the Docks too. So I’ve wanted to expand the Ninjago District of Blockville for a while, but wondered where to put it. I finally managed to free up some space away from the main area of Blockville, and have made a start. This is Airjitsu Market – two of the smaller buildings which come from the Temple of Airjitsu set, 70751, put onto a Ninjago Water baseplate.
City Airport Terminal – Micropolis Block #99
For Christmas last year, I was lucky enough to receive the exclusive microscale Billund Airport Architecture set, 40199. I knew I wanted to use it as the terminal building for Micropolis City Airport, but as it came, it was a bit too small in scale to fit Micropolis properly. So I added a couple of plates of height to increase the size and mounted it on a half block baseplate which will join the main part of the airport runway and other buildings.
