I don’t usually build anything to odd numbers of studs, as it can be a real pain getting the the roof right, as you inevitably have to join plates together which isn’t always very strong. But in a fit of trying to do things differently, I started messing about with some 1×2 trans clear bricks and minifig heads, along with some white rectangular plates and wedge plates. This building with a 5-stud-square footprint was the result. As it only takes up a small proportion of the baseplate, there was plenty of scope for landscaping around the block, which I have called Five By Five, and imagine it to be the office of a medium sized firm in Downtown.
