Back in Jaunary, together with several other members of London AFOLs, I was involved with decorating the LEGO House of DOTS, designed by artist Camille Walala.
We applied thousands of tiny tiles to pre-cut baseplates which where then stuck onto the furniture for the House. It looked great, and the finished product was used to launch the new DOTS range at a press release in London on 28th January.
Fast forward eight months. Parts of the original house were damaged when it went into storage – so the original AFOL crew has been called upon again to resurrect the decor for a new House which will on tour around the globe.
Unlike last time, we are all working from home, so last week Little Caz took delivery of a consignment of DOTS which I will be using for various projects.
