Another spacecraft from Star Wars today – this time it’s a TIE Striker. The clips and bars work well here to provide the angle for the wings.
I’m not sure what variety of bird this is supposed to represent for today’s 24-in-1 build but perhaps it’s a penguin. Yes, let’s go with penguin!
There’s another Microscale spaceship today in the Star Wars set, representing Krennic’s Imperial Shuttle. It looks like a menacing craft, all black and shiny – but from a practical perspective, it doesn’t sit very steadily once you’ve build it.
One of my favourite models so far in the 24-in-1 set is this lovely little Robin. I can imagine it going bob-bob-bobbing along.
I see that Star Wars has brought us a First Order Stormtrooper today. He’s just a little bit different from the existing ones I have with changes around the mask area the most evident. It’s always nice to see some variants, so I’m happy enough.
24-in-1 is back on the avian theme again, this time a bird of unspecified pedigree, although it looks rather like an owl to me. I like the blue wings though.
Day Two of Advent, what have we today? Star Wars gave us a funky-haired rebel with a blaster, who looks like she means business!
The 24-in-1 offering was a rather clever Peacock model with a fine fanned tail and vibrant feathers. He’s got his eye on me!
