The Micropolis Planning Department seem to be the only part of the local government which is outgrowing their existing premises. So they commissioned a state-of-the-art new development for themselves – no expense spared! One of the things which was demanded of the architects was that the block should have a 360 degree panoramic view acros the city. The structural engineers have come up with a cunning plan – to make all three towers rotate simultaneously so that nobody can say they can’t get a good look at the streets below.
