Monofigure Habitats #8

The next three Monofigure Habitats feature The Guard, The Wizard and The Cake Decorator.

Sand Green is a lovely colour and I knew I wanted to use this 6×6 roof piece as part of the Habitat. I settled on making a sentry box for a monofig on guard duty. His little hut provides some shelter on wet days. He has a telescope for observations and a mean looking sword for protection!

The Dark Green Wizard has just left his cottage to set off for Wizarding business. He is kitted out with a Wizard’s hat, long cloak with fancy epaulettes and a broom for easy travel. His garden has a few plants and a phoenix guards the doorway.

The Cake Decorator is busy with a commission of a huge Light Aqua multi-tiered confection for a Wedding. It has ornate icing which the baker is just finishing off before delivering it to the happy couple.

A while ago I showed you Summit Lodge, the luxury home of a wealthy but reclusive businesswoman and her husband. Since then, the couple have been negotiating with their neighbours to buy up some land, and with the Micropolis Planning Department to have some roads rerouted to extend their estate. This is the result.

This is Summit Lodge, the exclusive hilltop residence of a reclusive entrepreneur, whose husband is obsessed with cultivating rare yellow roses in the garden. The house can only be reached by climbing the winding steps up the side of the mountain. An infinity pool on the secluded rear patio flows over the cliff to the lake below, while the rugged terrain is dotted with rock-loving greenery. It is situated on the outskirts of Micropolis, but the owners are increasingly worried about the encroachment of new housing developments into their green oasis.

Extending Modular Modern Home (31068) – Blockville MOCs & MODs #3

In the summer, Amazon were doing a deal on the 3-in-1 Creator set 31068 – Modular Modern Home set – so I bought two with the idea of adding them together to make something better. This is what I came up with for my custom LEGO City Blockville. I set it on a 32×32 baseplate and added some of my own parts to complete the small road and landscaping around the house.
