As I was fiddling around with some curved bricks and plates recently, this small light industrial factory building seemed to emerge, with definite echoes of Art Deco architecture – one of my favourite periods of design. When I was trying to finish it off, I found a matching mobile phone tile to use as an outdoor sign, so this naturally became the home of Micropolis Mobiles, one of the most successful telecommunications firms in the city.
